Designed by CARV Projects, the office features a thoughtful mix of open workspaces, meeting rooms, quiet focus areas, and hospitality-inspired social spaces. Warm wood finishes, deep blue architectural accents, expansive glazing, and sculptural acoustic ceiling features create a clean, contemporary aesthetic while improving comfort and functionality throughout the workplace.

CAS Interiors partnered closely with Varicent, CARV Projects, and Cresa, who served as the client's representative throughout the project, ensuring alignment between the client's vision, design intent, and construction execution. This collaborative approach allowed the team to deliver a workplace that is both visually refined and highly functional.

From the welcoming reception to the employee café and technology-rich meeting spaces, every detail was designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and flexibility. The result is a future-focused workplace that not only supports the evolving needs of Varicent's team but also demonstrates how thoughtful design and strong partnerships can create environments where people genuinely enjoy working.
