"Tissue Land" The Kruger Products Headquarters In Mississauga

Comley Van Brussel crafted the design for Kruger Products' new headquarters in Mississauga, which accommodates around 200 employees. This innovative office design reflects Kruger Products' evolution, celebrating their brands and bringing the "Tissue Land" concept to life. It provides a modern workspace that fosters collaboration, creativity, mindfulness, and enhanced performance among employees.

When selecting the location, Kruger Products placed a strong emphasis on sustainability to meet their high standards. The building holds LEED® CS Gold and BOMA Best Gold certifications and features various sustainable elements, including abundant natural light, LED lighting, Level 2 electric car charging stations, bicycle storage, water-efficient fixtures, solar-powered landscaping, a high emissivity roof, green cleaning practices, a waste management and diversion program, and a partially green roof. A notable highlight is the striking living "green" plant wall in the lobby, which signifies their commitment to sustainability and serves as a vivid reminder of their ongoing efforts to embed sustainability throughout the company as part of their Reimagine 2030 initiative.
