The New Cutting-Edge PowerCo Offices in Downtown St. Thomas

S.E.M Construction, in collaboration with Doug Tarry Homes, proudly served as the construction manager for the new PowerCo offices in St. Thomas. This project is set to accommodate the PowerCo team as they prepare for the eagerly awaited battery plant. Completed in early 2024, the multi-phased initiative revitalized a previously vacant 25,000-square-foot area, now a beacon of downtown St. Thomas' growth.

The transformation included an extensive interior overhaul and an exterior facelift. Exterior upgrades featured Graphenstone Canada paint for the brickwork, new siding, additional windows to enhance natural light, and brand-new roofing. Inside, the modern design boasts sound baffles, modular office glazing, a striking 30-foot moss wall, and ergonomic office furniture, all curated to foster the dynamic energy of the PowerCo team.

This exciting project underscores a pivotal beginning for the future of St. Thomas, heralding further development and growth for the city.
