Set on a former quarry site, the facility features a combination of insulated metal panels, reflective glazing, and fiber-cement cladding—offering a bold and modern exterior that reflects the company’s forward-thinking identity. Inside, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art production systems and will house over 75 employees when fully operational. A two-storey office section will serve as Techo-Bloc’s Ontario headquarters, complete with training spaces for retailers and landscape professionals.

Gateman-Milloy provided comprehensive construction management, civil, and landscape services—guiding the process from land acquisition to completion. The result is a high-performance industrial space that supports sustainability, innovation, and community growth while setting a new benchmark for architectural quality in the manufacturing sector.
